Road Trip To All Pints North
Join us in Duluth this weekend at Bayfront Festival Park for All Pints North - one of the premier beer festivals in the Midwest. We are excited to bring some of our best beers to share with the fellow craft beer drinkers in the Northland area!
Here are the beers we will be bringing:
- North Shore Kriek - This year, the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild asked participating breweries to bring a beer that was made with water from Lake Superior for their Superior Beer Series. We are going to be bringing a spontaneous fermented sour ale using locally forarged cherries and we are calling the beer North Shore Kriek. This is a specialty beer that we will be tapping at 5pm.
- Priscilla - A smoked peach sour using stainless and oak foeder aged beer. We took our blend of house sour beer with wild yeast and let it rest in oak barrels for six months on alderwood smoked peaches.
- Raspberry Hibiscus - A fruited wild ale using our house sour blend of yeast and bacteria. We added 462 pounds of raspberry purée and 10 pounds of hibiscus flowers.
- Vivid Sol on Vanilla Beans - A single malt base of only marris otter to let citra, mosiac, simcoe hop varieties shine! All hops were added in the whirlpool or dry hopped at a rate of 4 pounds per barrel. Fermented with our house blend of microbes and ale yeast, this beer is then conditioned on vanilla beans.
