Ring in the New Year at Wild Mind

Traditionally, Réveillon is a long dinner held on New Year’s Eve where friends and family eat and drink as they wait to ring in the new year. Since we consider all of you to be friends and family, we’re holding our 2nd annual Réveillon this year from 8pm on New Year’s Eve to 1am on New Year’s Day.

The event is all-inclusive, which includes a food buffet and our full tap list along with live jazz from 8pm to 10pm and dance music from 10pm to 1am. This year, attendees will take home a 750ml bottle of this years Réveillon blend, a specially brewed cider ale fermented with Champagne yeast. The cider was refermented on white wine grapes, resulting in a lightly sweet body and a dry finish.

Tickets are available for $65. Only 100 tickets are available, and has sold out every year, so grab your tickets quick! You can only get tickets online here.

Here is the menu:

  • “Nosh” table: selection of meats, cheese, pickled vegetables, nuts, fruit, crackers, bread and crostini

  • Warm crab dip with cracker bread

  • Roasted vegetables and romesco sauce

  • Shrimp cocktail

  • Sliced pork loin with pickled vegetables, brioche buns and gravy mustard aioli

  • Ginger/lemongrass meatballs with hoisin sauce

  • Assorted mini deserts
