Wild Mind Artisan Ales - Revellion 2018

Traditionally, Réveillon is a long dinner held on New Year’s Eve where friends and family eat and drink as they wait to ring in the new year. Since we consider all of you to be friends and family, we’re holding our 2nd annual Réveillon this year from 8pm on New Year’s Eve to 1am on New Year’s Day.

The event is all-inclusive, which includes a food buffet and our full tap list. This year, attendees will also take home a 750ml bottle of Réveillon, a specially brewed cider ale fermented with Champagne yeast. The cider was refermented on white wine grapes, resulting in a lightly sweet body and a dry finish.

Tickets are available for $65. Only 100 tickets are available, and last year’s event sold out, so grab your tickets quick! You can only get tickets online here.

Here is the menu:

  • Baked Brie with Raspberry Jam Charcuterie platter with pickled vegetables

  • Warm crab dip with crostini

  • Crudite with herb dip

  • Goat Cheese and sauteed mushroom tartlets

  • Shrimp cocktail with lemon aioli, cilantro almond pesto and cocktail sauce 

  • Sliced pork loin with caramelized onions, grainy mustard and buns

  • Mini desserts.

Note: We will be open to the public from noon to 5pm on New Year’s Eve.
