Join us in Duluth this weekend at Bayfront Festival Park for All Pints North - one of the premier beer festivals in the Midwest. We are excited to bring some of our best beers to share with the fellow craft beer drinkers in the Northland area!
Here are the beers we will be bringing:
Punk Tacos - Our latest fruited IPA, Punk Tacos was brewed with herbal and floral Mosaic and Pacifica hops, which we complemented with 336 pounds of equally herbal and cordial-esque blackcurrant puree. The resulting beer has a light acidity from the fruit that brightens the hops' characteristics. With 4.4 pounds of hops per barrel, Punk Tacos has a bit of hop bitterness and a dry, tannic finish.
Puff the Passion Dragon - Puff the Passion Dragon was fermented with our own blend of 100 percent Brettanomyces, creating a funky and lightly tart base to which we added more than 60 pounds of tropical hops to add a soft bitterness and tropical flavor the complement the wild yeast. To wrap things up, we conditioned Puff on 336 pounds of passion fruit and 250 pounds of dragon fruit to add a final touch of tartness and a whole lot of tropical fruit flavor. This ambitiously funked up fruited sour pours a vivid pink and has notes of earthy funk, tropical fruit, and a hint of citrusy hoppiness.
Hot Lips - Named for the bright pink paint in our Barrel Takeout Room, Hot Lips is a mixed fermentation sour conditioned on dragonfruit, passionfruit, vanilla beans, and coconut. This sweet, tropical sour was aged in oak barrels for 18 months, pours a bright, vivid pink, and pairs perfectly with a summer night in Duluth.
La Reine - First time on tap! Brewed with blackberry and boysenberry and more than 500 pounds of rhubarb, this barrel-aged wild ale pours a royal purple and has dark berry notes up front and a smooth, dry funk at the finish. Tart and jammy, La Reine is a refreshing treat that's fit for a queen.
