Bottle Release: Golden Ho/rye/zon

The wait is over.

On March 28th at 4pm, we will be setting free our first ever bottles from our Barrel Room at the tasting room. We've been hard at work since we opened last Fall and are excited to showcase our beer.

Golden Ho/rye/zon is an American Wild Ale fermented with our native wild yeasts and microbes in red wine barrels from Sonoma County. The beer was blended with a variety of wine barrels and fouders from our barrel room. We bottle conditioned this beer in early March and it is now ready for release. The result is a tart rye saison with notes of apricot, peach, and funk.

This ale is meant to be drank fresh but will age well for a years. We do not distribute so the beer is only available at the tasting room. The release is limited and will feature 300 bottles - they will go quick. Cost is $18 for 750mL with a 2 bottle limit.
