Join us on Saturday, May 18th from 12pm to 10pm for our Conspirator Bock Fest! We're celebrating the arrival of spring with the release of our Helles Bock. Get ready for an exciting day filled with great beer, delicious food, and live music.

At 1pm, our head brewer will be tapping a Fass Keg to kick-off the festivities. Then, from 1:30pm to 3:30pm, he'll be beer poking, a traditional method of caramelization that gives the beer a unique flavor.

Hungry? We've got you covered. The Chili Lime food truck will be at the taproom, serving up their tasty tacos and tots all day. And for the music lovers, Clark Machtemes and the Traveled Ground will be performing live music from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
