Sour ale brewed in collaboration with our dear friends at New Image Brewing Co. Modeled after a mutually loved strawberry gin cocktail, Strawberry Number XXIII is a firmly acidic and pleasantly well-rounded fruited sour brewed with strawberry, passion fruit, lemon, hibiscus, and vanilla. Dry-hopped with El Dorado for an additional punch of sweet, tropical fruit flavor.
